The driver uses full-digital current loop to control subdivision, motor torque fluctuation is small, stable operation at low speed, low vibration and noise. High-speed operation outputs relatively higher torque, high positioning precision. Widely used on equipment which require higher resolution such as engraving machines, CNC, packaging machine, transmission equipment. Features: Average current control, two phase sinusoidal current drive output. High-speed photoelectric isolation signal input interface. It has overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit protection, 8 subdivisions (1/2/4/8/16/32/64/128) and automatic half current function. Output phase current set 0.5-3A continuously variable. High start rotating speed, large high-speed torque. Equipped with power indicator, four 3mm screw mounting holes for convenient installation. Specification: Input Voltage: DC9V~32V Input Current: 0.02A~3.0A Output Current: 0A~3.0A Operating Temperature: -20℃~60℃ Storage Temperature: -40℃~80℃ Operating Environment: No dew nor water drops, no combustible gas nor conductive dust Instruction: Current Setting: Module maximum output current is 3.3A (peak), rated current is 3A.It can fit variety small two-phase stepper motor within 3A, the current is continuously variable from 0.5A to 3A.The potentiometer which adjusts stepping motor phase current is stepless, marked with current calibration for reference. Note: The minimum drive current should be set as 0.5A, and cannot be set as 0A. Subdivision Setting: There are 8 subdivision setting: 1/2/4/8/16/32/64/128, that can be set by 3-digit DIP switch. Specific settings is as below: L means DIP switch to OFF, H means ON. Signal Input: PUL+: Stepping pulse signal input+ PUL-: Stepping pulse signal input- DIR+: Stepping direction signal input+ DIR-: Stepping direction signal input- ENA+: Offline enable reset signal+ ENA-: Offline enable reset signal- Note: Offline enable reset signal is different from other two signals and you can leave is disconnected, i.e. when there is no signal input, the driver is in working mode. If there is signal input, driver will enter sleep mode. Control signal of host computer can be effective at high voltage level or low voltage level.When it is effective at high level, connect all control signal negative poles as signal ground. When it is effective at low level, connect all control signal positive poles as signal common terminal. Below are wiring examples of open collector: Low voltage level effective High voltage level effective Note: When VCC is 5V, R short connect; When VCC is 12V, R are 1K~1.2K, >1/8W resistors; When VCC is 24V, R are 2.7K~3.3K, >1/8W resistors; R must connect to the controller signal terminal. Motor Winding Connection: A+: Connect to motor winding phase A . A-: Connect to motor winding phase A- . B+: Connect to motor winding phase B. B-: Connect to motor winding phase B-. Note: Don't cross connect phase A and B, otherwise the driver will be burnt out. When debugging after connecting motor wire, it is best to use multimeter to test driver terminals:A+ and A- are connected, B+ and B- are connected, A+ and B+ are not connected. Power Supply: VCC: Connect to DC power supply positive pole, voltage 9V~32V, recommend 12V or 24V. GND: Connect to DC power negative pole.
